Philippe is Partner of OCAS Ventures.
Philippe has 20 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, consulting and financial management.
For Origo Management, a specialized consulting firm for the Venture Capital and Private Equity industry, he was responsible for managing portfolio companies for an institutional investor and carried out Corporate Finance assignments.
Prior to that he moved to Silicon Valley to become Head of the North American investments of FLV Fund, a Belgian Venture Capital fund. In that position he was responsible for the US operations of the fund, from screening opportunities to exit. He also took several Board positions from which he coached high-tech entrepreneurs.
Before that Philippe was a senior investment manager at Fortis Private Equity, a subsidiary of the Fortis Group (banking & insurance). He was responsible for screening and managing investments in Belgian SME's.
In between he also was Investment and Information Coordinator at Spector Photo Group, an international photofinishing group.
Philippe started his career at Accenture's Financial Service Division as a senior management consultant where he participated in and lead IT projects for large banks.
